The project for Angelo Drive is a continuation of our research for the development of landmark architectural residences for presentation to the commercial market.

The use of this beautiful site is explored in different ways including the south facing triple height living space with views towards Santa Monica, the uninterrupted 2nd floor Master bedroom suite panorama, a 6250 sq/ft living quarter and the quiet east facing bedrooms that overlook the beautiful orchard on a large expanse of the site.
